Hello,
My name is Chantal Fabrice and I set up Castlewood Therapies to support people through change and difficulties, whether on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.
I worked for many years in the financial quarters of City of London. The daily commute and stresses of spending hours in concrete buildings surrounded by electronic equipment was literally taking the life out of me. I suffered from chronic fatigue and it took me a long time to get myself back onto a healthy path again.
My journey through exploring the unconscious mind and the vibrational world of sound therapy, colour therapy, voicework and deep release work with the sounding voice took me to the darkest corners I ever imagined. But this amazing journey has taken me to a place on the other side of the tunnel, where I now feel energised and revitalised, and litterally filled with the sound vibrations of my own voice.
Tibetan bowls, Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Coloured Silks, Colour Essences, Emotional Release Work, Overtone Singing have all cleansed away the negativity of the past and revealed the new me. Reborn and at ease with myself and who I am as a person, I can now embrace the divine role that I have come to do in this life, which is helping you to do the same:
